Last summer, with the increase of the cost of chlorine, main raw material, and freight, there was inevitable price increase of our products. It has been weighing on our mind to have asked your understanding and cooperation. To solve this problem, our company
has been trying and continuing the research to find a new way for six months. As a result of it, we would like to inform you of our
new strategic product and business system as follows.

4.Release of the New Product

our new product is different from "BIOTALK^®" in some points, such as activating rate, immediate effects, pH and smell. Although
BIOSUKEGAWA has independently wide variety of use, there are 8 kinds of activators prepared to strengthen and stabilized effects of it.
The first measuring kit for the residual concern of chlorine dioxide in the world has been developed by us.
Until now we have been introducing only stabilized chorine dioxide as a material. Recently, however, we have had strong impression that using it alone is not enough or so effective for each specific purpose. From now on, it is necessary for us to change our business role as a designer coordinating chemical products, activators and the kit to satisfy each your demand.
For that reason, we will register a trademark "BIOSUKEGAWA^®" named after the designer's name, "SUKEGAWA" and all of our products will have it. The design number following the trademark will stand for the classification number of each product. We would like to ask you  to use this number when you make a order.(note/The names, "BIOTALK^®" and" BIOSTAFF^®" ,have not been changed )

5. Profitable Price for Our Customers

If your company is using some kind of chlorine dioxide or a similar chemical and its concentrations of an active principle is 50,000ppm or 5% a 20kg, you will be able to get more stocking by 40% than ever for the same amount of money, n case you consult with us and purchase our product,No8. In other words, you will get 16 cans for the money you paid for 10 cans before if we calculate on the conversion of an active principle.  We  consider it easy for you to find that this price is very profitable and strategic for your company.

6. Selling price

After talking it over, both the user and the maker of this product will determine the selling price. You can make a deal with us directly or through the agent designated by us. We basically have a system of direct supply. In this system, we will pay freight when you order more than 5 cans, and you will bear it when you order less than 4 cans at a time.

(All freight to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be convered by the user.)

7.Dealing

If you don't have dealing experiences or means with our designated agent or you hope to make a direct deal with the maker, the first deal shall be done by advance payment in cash.

We make a suitable and effective plan for removal of  after smell, of free fatty acid, or  for removal of after smell with bath towels or bathrobes.

*Makers of wet towels

We make a plan which adopts combination with No8 sodium hypochlorite(MC-1)to keep a long-last hygienic and odorless effect.

*Makers of wet paper towels

We have been helping the famous paper company produce disinfected and mold-prevented wet paper towels, which have
the longest history and are most widely used in Japan, for 22 years. Our products are ,still now, adopted as a main raw material for them. We have a confidence to make appropriate advice and plans which include disinfection, mold prevention, a chemical aptitude test before use (some of them are charged a fee ), quality control, the measuring kit for the residual concentrations of chlorine dioxide.
